Boucheron seeks a Retail Training Project Manager in Paris to develop product and heritage training content for global retail teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop structured pedagogical modules on product, history, craftsmanship, and brand DNA, adapting content to micro-learning formats for digital delivery
  • Establish and maintain a production calendar for training module development and deployment, synchronized with marketing calendars and key commercial moments
  • Collect, structure, and synthesize information from internal stakeholders (Product Marketing, Communications, Heritage, 360 Marketing) to ensure content accuracy and richness
  • Maintain regular field engagement with retail markets to understand needs, gather qualitative feedback, and propose adjustments that maximize training relevance and impact
  • Evaluate module effectiveness through completion rates and qualitative feedback, implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with the second Retail Training Project Manager and internal departments to ensure content cohesion and consistency across all initiatives
  • Participate actively in 360 coordination meetings to ensure shared vision and alignment on ongoing projects

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in product training design or pedagogical content creation, preferably in luxury and/or jewelry sectors
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital learning environments and micro-learning principles
  • Strong ability to structure information with narrative sensibility and editorial rigor
  • Excellent organizational skills with proven capacity to manage multiple priorities and respect strict deadlines
  • Excellent written and spoken command of French and English
  • Proficiency with office software and content creation tools
