Boucheron is seeking a Retail Operations and Client Relationship Management Intern to support client development and boutique operations across Singapore and Thailand, combining CRM analysis with operational coordination and training on retail systems including ESKER, M3 and CEGID. The internship lasts a minimum of 6 months, with full-time availability preferred from January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor VIC engagement strategies and follow-up actions, and assess the ROI of client treatments and activations.
- Analyze the client database to identify untapped potential, reactivation opportunities and upgrading prospects in line with best practices.
- Support the preparation and deployment of targeted client lists for PCRM campaigns, ensuring accuracy, relevance and follow-through.
- Track appointments, client follow-ups and conversion, maintaining disciplined sales-pipeline monitoring.
- Assist with client activations and gifting moments, including LNY, Ramadan/Eid and key High Jewelry presentations, in line with Maison standards.
- Contribute to post-event reporting by consolidating insights on client engagement, sales impact and best practices for continuous improvement.
- Assist with daily operational coordination for Singapore and Thailand boutiques, ensuring smooth retail activities and alignment with HQ standards.
- Support stock requests and transfers, liaising with Merchandising, logistics and boutique teams to ensure timely availability of key pieces.
- Track and follow up on boutique maintenance matters, including visual merchandising, repairs and facilities, coordinating with internal teams and vendors to uphold boutique excellence.
- Track budgets, invoices and operational expenses for VIC activations, events and maintenance; support PR/PO creation and invoice processing, ensuring smooth approvals, compliance and timely vendor payments.
- Assist with organizing training sessions, morning briefings and retail initiatives, gaining exposure to boutique dynamics and team operations.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or client-facing experience is appreciated.
- Commercial acumen, self-initiative, a strategic and analytical mindset, and a drive for results.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with multiple functions and stakeholders.
- Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Good competency in using Excel and PowerPoint.
