Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design, preparation and delivery of in‑store and virtual training sessions for sales teams across China.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials, e‑learning modules and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent retail standards.
- Conduct retail excellence audits and store visits (physical or remote) to assess compliance with visual, service and product presentation standards; prepare concise follow‑up reports.
- Collect and analyse sales KPIs and training effectiveness metrics to recommend improvements to curricula and coaching plans.
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, role‑plays and coaching sessions; liaise with store managers, regional trainers and corporate teams.
- Draft executive summaries and presentation decks for senior management on training outcomes and retail performance initiatives.
- Support ad hoc projects tied to merchandising rollouts, product launches and retail standardisation efforts.
- Perform general administrative tasks for the Retail Excellence team, including scheduling, participant tracking and update of training records in internal systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Luxury Management, Human Resources, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to prepare clear presentations and training documents.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and produce actionable insights.
- Professional demeanour suited to luxury retail settings; high standards of discretion and attention to detail.
- Flexible and travel‑ready for occasional store visits within China.

Experience
No extensive prior experience required; 0–1 year of internship or part‑time experience in retail, luxury goods, sales support or training coordination is preferred.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed undergraduate or postgraduate studies in Business, Luxury Management, HR, Marketing or a related field.
