Role & Responsibilities

• Synthesize daily, weekly, and monthly retail reporting and prepare comprehensive monthly activity summaries for the European retail zone
• Track and process commission payments and handle invoices and expense reports for the retail service team
• Manage customer refunds in coordination with the accounting department and oversee uniform ordering and restocking across the retail network
• Support retail excellence initiatives including RISE program, mystery shopping, voice-of-customer surveys, and Booxi platform
• Coordinate logistical support for training organization across the European boutique network and maintain training schedules with e-learning follow-up
• Prepare new employee onboarding programs and sales support tools for boutiques
• Participate in retail events organization including manager meetings and staff training sessions
• Visit boutiques and wholesale partners to address requests and support daily commercial management needs

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bac +4/5 program or equivalent in business school or university
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities
• Sense of responsibility and versatility
