Boucheron seeks a Retail Coordinator in Hong Kong for a 6-month renewable contract to support boutique operations, visual merchandising, and client services.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate retail staff onboarding and offboarding processes, including name card preparation, device ordering, and system access setup
  • Manage retail-related invoices, vendor creation, and PR/PO processing within internal systems
  • Support retail uniform requests and oversee distribution to boutiques
  • Assist in the preparation of regular sales reports and CRM activities, including client account management and database maintenance
  • Manage retail gifting inventory, allocation, and distribution to boutiques
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for VIC care activities and in-store activations
  • Assist in organizing local in-store activations and high-end client events
  • Manage monthly visual merchandising tools order placement and coordinate distribution to boutiques
  • Coordinate new animation orders with the Regional VM team and oversee VM tools storage and inventory management
  • Support distribution of visual merchandising guidelines to boutiques for seasonal window changes
  • Collaborate with boutiques and repair workshops to manage client enquiries and repair status follow-up
  • Support spare parts orders from headquarters and delivery arrangements to workshops

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
