Boucheron seeks a Retail Coordinator in Hong Kong for a 6-month renewable contract to support boutique operations, visual merchandising, and client services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate retail staff onboarding and offboarding processes, including name card preparation, device ordering, and system access setup
- Manage retail-related invoices, vendor creation, and PR/PO processing within internal systems
- Support retail uniform requests and oversee distribution to boutiques
- Assist in the preparation of regular sales reports and CRM activities, including client account management and database maintenance
- Manage retail gifting inventory, allocation, and distribution to boutiques
- Provide administrative and logistical support for VIC care activities and in-store activations
- Assist in organizing local in-store activations and high-end client events
- Manage monthly visual merchandising tools order placement and coordinate distribution to boutiques
- Coordinate new animation orders with the Regional VM team and oversee VM tools storage and inventory management
- Support distribution of visual merchandising guidelines to boutiques for seasonal window changes
- Collaborate with boutiques and repair workshops to manage client enquiries and repair status follow-up
- Support spare parts orders from headquarters and delivery arrangements to workshops
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
Skills
Experience
1-2 years of working experience in retail industry is preferred
