Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive quality control of jewelry and high jewelry pieces, identifying defects.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and manage returns of non-compliant pieces.
- Oversee the digital management of product flows, documentation, and archiving.
- Travel occasionally to supplier sites for product inspections.
- Manage stock repairs, including preparation of shipments and control of returns.
- Handle metal warranty processes, including hallmarking and legal testing.
- Contribute to the development of quality procedures and validation of new products.
- Participate in central stock activities such as inventories.
Qualifications
- Technical knowledge in jewelry craftsmanship.
- Ability to perform meticulous tasks requiring concentration and precision.
- Manual dexterity and keen visual acuity.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel) and ideally experience with an ERP system.
- Minimum education of Bac+2 or equivalent.
- Understanding of English is advantageous.
- Over 3 years of experience in a similar role.
