Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive quality control of jewelry and watch pieces, identifying defects in weight, stones, and metals.
- Manage digital inventory flows, documentation, and archiving.
- Perform occasional on-site supplier product inspections.
- Oversee metal guarantee processes, including hallmarking and legal testing management.
- Coordinate stock piece repairs, including preparation of shipments, return inspections, data entry, and documentation management.
- Follow up on repair dossiers in collaboration with sales administration.
Qualifications
- Strong product and industry sensitivity, with a commitment to excellence and dynamism.
- Technical knowledge in jewelry craftsmanship.
- Manual dexterity and keen visual acuity.
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in jewelry and quality control is essential.
Education
Pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Jewelry Design, Gemology, or Quality Management.
