Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee quality management focused on external partners.
- Implement and monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain quality-related procedures within the company.
- Manage non-conformities and quality alerts.
- Follow up on corrective action plans and coordinate problem resolution.
- Guide and support suppliers in their continuous improvement efforts.
- Organize and conduct supplier audits.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in quality assurance, ideally within the luxury or jewelry sector.
- Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, etc.) and auditing.
- Leadership skills, attention to detail, and precision.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Europe.

A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in quality assurance, preferably in the luxury or jewelry industry.
Education
Advanced degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Engineering, or equivalent.
