Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate internal and external scheduling of the atelier, ensuring adherence to commitments.
- Manage administrative activities including metal management, order processing, and subcontractor operations.
- Plan and schedule production in collaboration with workshop managers, balancing internal and external capacities.
- Lead a team of two, fostering a collaborative and communicative environment.
- Develop and monitor CAPEX and OPEX budgets in partnership with financial control.
- Implement and manage the NeoFugu tool as the atelier's reference system.
- Oversee RJC/COC certification and audits, and ensure compliance with HSE strategies.
- Coordinate and plan atelier visits and manage cross-functional projects.

Experience
Experience in quality assurance or workshop management within the luxury sector is preferred.
