Based in Paris, this six-month fixed-term position supports the development and implementation of a strategic retail transformation initiative aimed at enhancing client experience, retail excellence, and commercial performance within the European network. The role coordinates cross-functional workstreams involving retail teams, European functions, head office stakeholders, and external partners, allocating approximately 75% of effort to retail transformation project coordination and 25% to CRM and client activations across European retail locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Project Lead in day-to-day coordination of a strategic cross-functional retail transformation initiative, ensuring progress across all workstreams throughout the assignment
- Coordinate interactions between internal stakeholders and external partners, managing the preparation of briefs, information sharing, milestone delivery and comprehensive follow-up
- Establish and maintain project governance structures, including meetings, committees and working sessions; prepare agendas, coordinate materials, document decisions and track action items
- Prepare and facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify client needs, operational challenges and strategic opportunities within retail environments
- Consolidate insights from interviews, existing data and previous work to support informed recommendations and strategic decision-making
- Conduct comprehensive research and benchmarking on luxury retail practices, client experience innovations and relevant market best practices
- Identify and evaluate solutions, partners, tools and initiatives that could enhance client experience, retail effectiveness and overall commercial performance
- Contribute to the analysis and optimization of client journeys, service delivery experiences and retail store environments
- Prepare and facilitate strategic workshops engaging retail teams, European functions, head office stakeholders and senior management
- Translate organizational priorities into actionable plans detailing workstreams, ownership, timelines, resource requirements and performance metrics
- Coordinate initial pilot programs and improvement initiatives that can be executed during the contract period
- Monitor project progress against key performance indicators and prepare stakeholder updates with clear visibility and transparency
- Provide operational support for CRM and clienteling activation campaigns across the European retail network
- Coordinate all stages of client activations, from targeting and list preparation through retail team briefing, deployment oversight and post-activation analysis
- Support retail teams in the effective utilization of CRM campaigns, tasks and tools aligned with the commercial calendar
- Consolidate retail team feedback, monitor activation results and prepare analyses to inform continuous improvement of CRM initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager or Consultant, ideally within luxury, retail, client experience, CRM, marketing or transformation contexts
- Excellent organizational and project coordination capabilities with demonstrated ability to engage multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities across functional teams
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to structure complex topics, conduct research, synthesize information and formulate practical recommendations
- Fluent written, verbal and presentation skills in both French and English
- Demonstrated autonomy, rigor, intellectual curiosity and hands-on approach, with the ability to transition rapidly from analysis to execution
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with CRM tools, clienteling practices or retail performance metrics is advantageous
