Boucheron seeks Private Client Manager in New York to lead High-Net-Worth client development across the Americas. Base $110k–$130k annually.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive private client strategy focused on acquiring, retaining, and growing High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clientele across the Americas
  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with high-potential prospects and existing top-tier clients through networking, referrals, luxury partnerships, and industry events
  • Build individualized client engagement plans and long-term relationship strategies; maintain an active prospect pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship development
  • Act as a key brand ambassador for High Jewelry collections and special orders; partner with boutique teams to identify and close significant sales opportunities
  • Design and execute highly personalized client journeys and bespoke purchasing experiences, including private viewings, trunk shows, exclusive appointments, and custom commissions
  • Create and host exceptional client experiences—intimate dinners, collection previews, VIP events, and private viewings—reflecting Boucheron's heritage, values, and luxury service standards
  • Collaborate closely with Madison Avenue Flagship boutique teams and regional leadership on appointment preparation, client profiling, merchandise selection, and hospitality arrangements
  • Represent Boucheron at key industry, cultural, philanthropic, and luxury lifestyle events; build brand awareness within influential networks and communities
  • Communicate proactively with boutique teams and stakeholders regarding upcoming appointments, client visits, events, sales results, and next steps
  • Champion the Maison's history, creativity, and values with authenticity and passion; serve as a trusted advisor to Boucheron's most influential clients

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in luxury client development, private client relations, high jewelry sales, wealth management, or luxury relationship management
  • Bachelor's Degree minimum
  • Proven success working with High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clientele
  • Demonstrated ability to generate significant revenue through relationship-building and client acquisition
  • Strong understanding of clienteling strategies, CRM systems, and luxury consumer behavior
  • Executive presence and confidence in interactions with influential clientele
  • Ability to operate with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and/or American Gem Society (AGS) certification (preferred)

Demonstrated success cultivating relationships with Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals and generating significant revenue through clienteling and business development.

Education

Bachelor's Degree minimum; Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and/or American Gem Society (AGS) certification preferred
