Boucheron internship in Paris: Press, Influence & Celebrity Relations Assistant role for 6 months, supporting international communications strategy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate press requests and communications with all zones, including shooting requests, visual assets, and information distribution
  • Support organization of international press events in Paris, including collection launches, travel events, and celebratory dinners
  • Liaise with all maison departments (image, retail, security, stock, import-export) to ensure seamless event execution
  • Contribute to development of digital press dossiers in collaboration with Image, Marketing, and Editorial teams
  • Manage and maintain the French press contact database
  • Assist in organizing influence activations and develop pre- and post-activation reports
  • Support celebrity activation coordination, including schedule planning, briefing materials, lookbook and product distribution
  • Develop strategic reports for pre- and post-celebrity engagement activities

Qualifications

  • Background in communications or business school
  • Prior experience in press, influence, and/or celebrity relations (in-house, agency, or press bureau)
  • Comprehensive understanding of press, influence, and celebrity landscape in luxury and fashion markets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with diplomatic approach and discretion
  • Organized, rigorous, responsive, and determined work ethic
  • Fluent English (essential)
  • Anticipatory mindset with strong priority management and resilience
