Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating press activities for APAC, Japan, and SEA regions, with occasional support for EU, US, and ME regions.
- Support the organization of international press events in Paris, including collection launches, trips, and dinners.
- Coordinate with various departments such as image, retail, security, stock, and import-export.
- Assist in developing digital press kits in collaboration with Image and Marketing teams.
- Manage the press contact database.
- Support the organization of influencer activations and the development of related reports.
- Assist in organizing celebrity activations, including scheduling, creating briefs, and sending lookbooks and pieces.
- Develop reports before and after celebrity activations.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a communication or business school.
- Previous experience in press, influence, or celebrity management, either in-house, at an agency, or in a press office.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of one prior successful experience in press, influence, or celebrity management is required.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in communication or business.
