Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule high‑level appointments and coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare, format and organise documents, presentations and reports for executive meetings and strategic initiatives.
- Act as primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders; screen and prioritise communications.
- Draft, review and manage confidential correspondence with accuracy and professional tone.
- Organise and attend meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and ensure timely follow‑up on action items.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting C‑level or senior leadership.
- Native Japanese proficiency with strong written and spoken English.

- High level of discretion, cultural awareness and professional integrity.
