Boucheron seeks an Operations Transformation Project Manager (CDD) in Paris to lead transformation initiatives and process optimization across the Operations Division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Rapidly assume ownership of one or more existing transformation projects, establishing scope, timeline, and key milestones
- Ensure operational oversight of project risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning
- Guarantee the quality and completeness of project deliverables whilst maintaining alignment with stated objectives
- Prepare and facilitate governance forums, including steering committees (COPIL, COPRO) with senior stakeholders
- Clarify and optimize operational processes through detailed business scoping and functional specification development
- Collaborate with the IT function to evaluate and select technological solutions aligned with business needs
- Deploy approved solutions within operational constraints and business objectives, adhering to agreed timelines
- Support organizational change management initiatives across business teams
Qualifications
- University degree or business school diploma
- 5–10 years of demonstrated project management experience
- Proven ability to synthesize business requirements and articulate them in writing
- Strong capacity to challenge operational teams and propose innovative solutions
- Rigour, proactivity, and strong interpersonal skills with natural affinity for collaborative teamwork
- Experience in change facilitation and organizational transformation
- Aptitude for IT-related initiatives and digital transformation projects
- Knowledge of recognized project management methodologies (PMI certification, SCRUM) is a plus
- Experience with project management tools and OMS platforms is advantageous

5–10 years of project management experience, including the successful delivery of operational transformation or process optimization initiatives. Demonstrated track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects within complex organizational environments.
Education
University degree or business school diploma.
