Boucheron seeks an Operations Transformation Project Manager (CDD) in Paris to lead transformation initiatives and process optimization across the Operations Division.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Rapidly assume ownership of one or more existing transformation projects, establishing scope, timeline, and key milestones
  • Ensure operational oversight of project risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning
  • Guarantee the quality and completeness of project deliverables whilst maintaining alignment with stated objectives
  • Prepare and facilitate governance forums, including steering committees (COPIL, COPRO) with senior stakeholders
  • Clarify and optimize operational processes through detailed business scoping and functional specification development
  • Collaborate with the IT function to evaluate and select technological solutions aligned with business needs
  • Deploy approved solutions within operational constraints and business objectives, adhering to agreed timelines
  • Support organizational change management initiatives across business teams

Qualifications

  • University degree or business school diploma
  • 5–10 years of demonstrated project management experience
  • Proven ability to synthesize business requirements and articulate them in writing
  • Strong capacity to challenge operational teams and propose innovative solutions
  • Rigour, proactivity, and strong interpersonal skills with natural affinity for collaborative teamwork
  • Experience in change facilitation and organizational transformation
  • Aptitude for IT-related initiatives and digital transformation projects
  • Knowledge of recognized project management methodologies (PMI certification, SCRUM) is a plus
  • Experience with project management tools and OMS platforms is advantageous
