Boucheron Merchandising Intern in Shanghai – develop product range plans and optimize inventory balance across retail channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing product range plans and master orders for assigned territory
- Support the buying process optimization across regions and sales channels
- Contribute to product selection and availability analysis
- Collaborate with merchandising team to ensure optimal product visibility and stock balance
- Gather and organize market and inventory data to inform merchandising decisions
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Business, or related field
- Understanding of retail operations and product merchandising principles
- Familiarity with inventory management and demand forecasting concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Skills
Experience
Internship or entry-level experience in retail, merchandising, buying, or related commerce function preferred. Academic projects or coursework demonstrating knowledge of product assortment and inventory planning are valued.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate degree in Merchandising, Fashion Business, International Business, Economics, or equivalent discipline.
