Boucheron Merchandising Intern, New York. $21/hr, flexible schedule. Support luxury jewelry merchandising operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the ADV team in Paris to request and confirm stock for jewelry on-approval (JO) sales; communicate timelines and respond to store inquiries regarding product availability
- Build and maintain comprehensive product books for High Jewelry assortments currently in the market
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze feedback from store management on new product performance following launches
- Conduct ongoing market intelligence by monitoring competitor launches, pricing strategies, product assortments, and event product setups
- Gather and organize key product and visual merchandising information to support retail team knowledge and selling tools
- Update model stock tracker with new pricing and product launches
- Create visual product layouts (planograms) based on assortments for events, activations, and trunk shows
- Pack and monitor inventory of visual merchandising props across the U.S. market
- Maintain, clean, and update departmental files and documentation as needed
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, and data analysis
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple teams
- Interest in luxury retail, jewelry, or fashion merchandising

Experience
No prior professional experience required; exposure to retail, merchandising, or luxury goods environments is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related discipline.
