Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a comprehensive local brand and communication strategy that elevates relevance and desirability within the Japanese market.
  • Develop product marketing plans by pillar: set sales targets, shape assortment and novelty launch activations, and design product promotions aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Plan and execute commercial and creative events to drive sales, deliver impeccable customer experiences and deepen emotional bonds with clients.
  • Design and run media and digital campaigns to raise awareness and measure impact through surveys and performance metrics, optimising campaigns accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with CRM and retail teams to deliver an integrated omnichannel/PCRM approach across acquisition, conversion and retention funnels.
  • Identify and trial emerging technologies and unconventional activations to differentiate the brand from competitors.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximise ROI while preserving brand integrity.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience managing marketing and communications teams within luxury goods, preferably jewellery or high-luxury accessories.
  • Deep understanding of the Japanese luxury market, consumer behaviour and local media ecosystem.
  • Strong command of marketing and communication principles, including product marketing, trade marketing and omnichannel integration.
  • Demonstrable ability to build and develop high-performing teams and to work collaboratively with HQ and cross‑functional partners.
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills and the capacity to represent the brand externally at events and with media partners.
  • Proven aptitude for adapting strategies to evolving market conditions and customer needs.
