Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and put finished goods and after‑sales components into stock: perform physical counts, verify quantities against the ERP and update tracking tables in real time.
- Inspect watch and jewellery packaging and accompanying elements (bracelets, buckles, keys) and ensure certified items are accompanied by correct certificates before storage.
- Archive documentation accompanying incoming pieces and maintain orderly storage areas; reconfigure storage layout at least biannually for new launches.
- Prepare Retail and B2B customer orders according to predefined schedules: pick accurately, validate items in the ERP and process urgent ad‑hoc order additions.
- Respond to internal requests from Sales Administration, Quality, Product Development and other teams; participate in monthly cycle counts and full inventory operations.
- Support logistics events (family sales, commercial events) and provide occasional reinforcement across receiving, shipping and quality control functions.
- Propose and implement operational improvements to warehouse processes and storage ergonomics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma (Baccalauréat) minimum.
- Proven ability to work methodically: highly organised, rigorous and attentive to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills, team orientation and a strong customer‑service mindset.
- Familiarity with standard office tools (Word, Excel) and comfortable using an ERP for inventory and order validation.

Practical experience in warehouse or logistics operations is expected; typically 1–3 years in stock management, order preparation or related functions, ideally within luxury goods, jewellery or watchmaking environments.
