Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate signature and dispatch of all legal documentation via courier services (UPS, DHL, Chronopost); manage printing and logistics
• Maintain and update the contract library and legal tracking spreadsheets across all departments
• File and organize contracts and judicial documents according to departmental protocols
• Update subsidiary decision tracking records and coordinate approval of accounts for all affiliated entities
• Manage signature, legalization, and certification of Powers of Attorney; file design deposits with bailiffs and maintain archives
• File and track trademark certificates, updating tracking systems
• Draft legal research summaries and updates on current judicial developments
• Participate in the drafting of NDAs, correspondence, and commercial contracts

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Master's level (M1 or M2) law degree program
• Written English proficiency (email and correspondence reading and composition)
• Demonstrated confidentiality, rigor, organizational discipline, and intellectual curiosity
• Ability to collaborate across international cultural contexts with diverse stakeholders (internal teams, affiliated entities, external service providers)
• Proficiency with standard office IT tools

Experience

Currently pursuing advanced legal studies at Master's level; prior exposure to legal administrative functions or corporate governance is advantageous but not required.

Master's degree candidate in Law (M1 or M2 level)
