Role & Responsibilities
- Manage boutique operations efficiently and establish sales plans to meet monthly targets and key performance indicators
- Present comprehensive information about the house's heritage, craftsmanship, and product portfolio to both walk-in and prospective clients
- Develop market intelligence and competitive awareness to inform sales strategy and client engagement
- Execute point-of-sale procedures and sales protocols in compliance with boutique standards to optimize revenue conversion
- Deliver superior customer service in accordance with the maison's service principles and values
- Foster a collaborative team environment built on respect, transparency, and genuine collegiality
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for luxury jewelry and commitment to the Boucheron brand aesthetic
- Proven sales ability with strong communication and interpersonal skills
