Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Boucheron as a Maison ambassador, understand the company’s goals and mission, and achieve individual sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional, distinctive brand experiences at every touchpoint to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Master boutique day-to-day operations and proactively recommend improvements.
  • Perform sales, operational, client management and customer service reception duties.
  • Support the training and development of new and junior employees.
  • Consistently meet monthly sales targets and achieve annual sales of at least JPY 180 million.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through strong product knowledge and excellent client interactions.
  • Master the complete sales process: welcome, discovery and understanding, conviction, closing and development.
  • Tailor sales approaches to clients’ needs and purchasing motivations; handle negotiations and complaints smoothly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, and share relevant updates.
  • Build personalized client relationships and develop connections with prospective clients.
  • Establish one new relationship with an existing diamond client.
  • Understand and comply with all Maison and group rules and operating policies.
  • Proactively participate in daily maintenance, including stock counts, display work and back-stock organization, as well as periodic inventories, audits and price changes.
  • Lead operational improvement proposals.

Qualifications

  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning.
  • Ability to understand client needs, set priorities, adapt to changing circumstances and manage multiple tasks.
  • A jewelry-related qualification such as GIA G.G. or Jewelry Coordinator is preferred.
