Boucheron Jewelry Sales Associate, Kyoto | Luxury retail sales role with ¥100M+ annual targets at flagship boutique

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a maison ambassador, embodying company goals and mission while achieving individual sales targets of ¥100 million+ annually
  • Deliver exceptional and unique brand experiences at all customer touchpoints to maximize satisfaction and loyalty
  • Master boutique daily operations and proactively propose operational improvements
  • Execute consultative sales techniques aligned with customer needs and purchase motivations, including welcome, discovery, understanding, negotiation, and closing phases
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and exceptional service quality to ensure all clients receive superior customer care
  • Manage client relationships and prospects through effective use of PCRM tools (DCC, MyCat, etc.)
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks including stock verification, merchandising displays, backstock organization, and inventory management
  • Participate actively in periodic inventory audits, compliance reviews, price change management, and other store operations
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive intelligence, sharing insights with the team
  • Handle customer service inquiries and complaint resolution with professionalism and efficiency
