Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and train a team of five quality control specialists in jewelry and fine jewelry.
- Plan and organize quality control operations, hallmarking, and product refurbishments.
- Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures.
- Communicate and coordinate with quality and operations teams across markets.
- Alert and collaborate with market teams on local actions.
- Develop and implement quality-related procedures.
- Manage performance through KPIs and productivity improvement tools.
- Participate in daily tasks and ensure compliance with legislation and internal procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bac +2 education level.
- Several years of experience in quality control.
- Previous management experience is mandatory.
