Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized service to internal and external clients while representing the maison’s values and heritage.
- Promote and communicate product and brand information to clients, guiding them through the buying journey from discovery to after-sales care.
- Manage daily store operations efficiently and implement plans to achieve sales targets and KPI objectives.
- Adhere to company sales procedures, visual merchandising and loss-prevention protocols to protect revenue and brand image.
- Maintain up-to-date market and product knowledge to advise clients on styles, materials and trends.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients, contributing to a cooperative and respectful boutique atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with a luxury jewelry or watch brand preferred; experience in high-end retail advantageous.
- Open to both experienced candidates and motivated entry-level applicants.
- Demonstrable sales aptitude with a client-focused, service-oriented mindset.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Professional demeanour, empathy, and respect for colleagues and customers.
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury jewelry or watch retail is preferred but not mandatory; both seasoned sales professionals and enthusiastic newcomers will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or formal education in retail, luxury goods or gemmology is a plus.
