Role & Responsibilities
- Fabricate high jewelry pieces in accordance with Boucheron's aesthetic standards and quality requirements
- Create volumes by hand using wax and/or metal techniques
- Design and execute complex prototypes and maquettes
- Support the development and refinement of new jewelry models
- Perform specialized technical operations requiring advanced expertise
- Identify and implement optimal technical solutions to achieve desired outcomes, integrating CAD tools as needed
- Manage production timelines and budget parameters
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary atelier team (jewelry, stone-setting, polishing, design)
Qualifications
- CAP (Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle) in jewelry or equivalent artisanal qualification
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience (including apprenticeship and internship)
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Developed aesthetic sensibility and strong spatial reasoning
- Ability to work autonomously and troubleshoot complex problems
- Proactive mindset with appetite for challenge

Experience
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in jewelry manufacturing or haute joaillerie production, including apprenticeship and internship components.
Education
