Boucheron seeks an experienced Jeweler (OJ2) in Paris to craft exceptional fine jewelry pieces with precision, artistry, and technical excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Fabricate high jewelry and fine jewelry pieces—both unique creations and limited series—to exacting standards of quality and aesthetic excellence
- Ensure compliance with production schedules, budgets, and design specifications for each commissioned project
- Execute hand volume work in both wax and metal to develop design iterations and final pieces
- Design and execute complex prototypes and samples to support collection development
- Participate in the refinement and launch of new jewelry models
- Perform specialized technical operations requiring advanced craftsmanship expertise
- Propose and implement optimal technical solutions to achieve desired aesthetic and functional outcomes, incorporating CAD tools as appropriate
Qualifications
- CAP (Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle) in jewelry or equivalent professional certification
- 2–5 years of professional experience in fine or high jewelry fabrication
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and design specifications
- Demonstrated sensitivity to aesthetic proportion and strong spatial visualization ability
- Ability to work autonomously and develop creative technical solutions
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and team orientation
- Professional rigor, organizational discipline, and commitment to excellence
- Genuine passion for fine jewelry craftsmanship

Experience
2–5 years of professional experience in fine or high jewelry fabrication, with demonstrated expertise in hand craftsmanship and technical execution across wax and metal working disciplines.
Education
CAP (Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle) in jewelry or equivalent professional qualification required.
