Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute unique and limited-edition Haute Joaillerie and Fine Jewelry pieces in accordance with design specifications and quality standards
  • Hand-model volumes in wax and metal, developing and fabricating complex prototypes
  • Ensure adherence to aesthetic requirements, quality benchmarks, production deadlines, and budgetary parameters
  • Participate in new model development and technical refinement across the product pipeline
  • Execute specialized technical operations requiring advanced artisanal expertise
  • Identify and implement optimal technical solutions, integrating CAD tools where applicable
  • Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary atelier team, fostering knowledge exchange and collective problem-solving

Qualifications

  • CAP (Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle) in jewelry or equivalent recognized qualification
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in high jewelry production
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and develop technical solutions
  • Strong technical drawing and design specification literacy
  • Developed aesthetic sensitivity and spatial reasoning
