Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee CRM-related projects within the IT department, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while managing risks and facilitating change management.
- Engage in business needs assessment, collaborating with key stakeholders to propose standard-based solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of projects and enhancements, prioritizing tasks in alignment with key user requirements.
- Configure and develop CDP enhancements, ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Coordinate testing and deliverable reviews with business stakeholders.
- Lead change management and training initiatives.
- Ensure integration and documentation adhere to IT department standards for operational efficiency.
- Provide expertise in resolving incidents not addressed by first or second-level support.
- Propose and lead initiatives to maintain solution quality and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) from an engineering school or university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in Clienteling and/or CRM solutions within the international luxury sector (excluding Salesforce).
- Development skills to actively contribute to solution design and evolution.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with a focus on continuous improvement and change management.
- Autonomous decision-making capabilities and a collaborative team spirit.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years in IT project management, specifically within Clienteling and CRM solutions for the luxury industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
