Boucheron in Paris seeks an International Visual Merchandising Assistant (work‑study) to support global VM projects; alternance, Paris 2ème, Sept 2026 start.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the International Visual Merchandising Project Manager on the end-to-end development of animated window displays: briefing agencies, contributing to design and prototyping, monitoring production, writing guidelines and tracking implementation with local VM teams.
- Assist in packaging development projects, coordinating creative and production inputs.
- Act as liaison with local visual merchandising teams across assigned markets to ensure consistent execution of VM directives.
- Conduct regular competitive and market intelligence, synthesising findings into reports that highlight best practices and actionable recommendations.
- Maintain and update visual merchandising tools, templates and documentation.
- Provide operational assistance to the VM team during implementations and store rollouts.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme (Business School, Design School or University) — required for an alternance/work‑study contract.
- First substantial internship or professional experience in Visual Merchandising, Marketing or Communications within the luxury sector preferred.
- Creativity, meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written command of French and English.

Ideally one prior internship or short-term role in visual merchandising, marketing or communications within the luxury goods sector, with demonstrable exposure to window display, retail implementation or agency collaboration.
Education
Bac+4/5 (Master’s level or equivalent) in Business, Design or related discipline — enrolment in a recognised alternance/work‑study programme required.
