Boucheron seeks International Store Activations Coordinator apprentice in Paris. Support global client events, logistics, and retail activations in luxury fine jewelry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage production and logistics coordination for creative event concepts and retail activations across the international network
- Track retroplanning timelines and deliverables with external contacts and internal departments during development, prototyping, production, and storage phases
- Pilot logistics matters including transport, customs, certifications, and vendor management
- Monitor invoicing, NDAs, and coordinate accounting and finance processes
- Create and manage vendor accounts in company systems
- Maintain tools and resources on internal platforms
- Update existing databases and create new performance dashboards according to business needs and product launches
- Contribute to ROI analysis and performance reporting
- Support the International Store Activations Project Manager across all initiatives
- Contribute to internal presentations and steering committees
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and monitor regular competitive event activities
- Consolidate quarterly market-based information on competitive activities
Qualifications
- Bac+4/5 degree from a business school or international marketing program
- First significant experience in marketing within the luxury sector
- Strong affinity for events and customer experience in fine jewelry
- Fluent English
