Boucheron (Paris) seeks an International Retail Operations Intern for a 6‑month internship in Client Experience & Omnichannel starting 14 Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Head of International Retail Operations on client experience and retail performance projects across markets.
- Monitor and analyse results from retail audit campaigns, producing actionable insights and follow‑up recommendations.
- Coordinate and ensure delivery of retail‑excellence initiatives using in‑store digital tools (Yoobic).
- Contribute to the design, rollout and quality control of staff uniform collections and their market deployment.
- Liaise with regional markets (APAC, Japan, Middle East, Europe, United States) to collect qualitative feedback and track local implementation.
- Research emerging retail practices and competitor activity to propose improvements to omnichannel and in‑store experience.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school, engineering school, IEP or equivalent university programme — gap‑year student or final‑year internship candidate.
- Rigorous, autonomous and proactive with excellent analytical skills and the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment.
- Strong team spirit, adaptability and cultural sensitivity when working with international markets.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; interest in understanding diverse markets and consumer behaviours.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Canva; familiarity with in‑store digital platforms such as Yoobic.
- Basic understanding of IT and artificial intelligence concepts.
- Previous professional experience in retail or luxury retail is a plus.
- Availability for a 6‑month internship (start: 14 September 2026 — end: 12 March 2027).
