Boucheron in Paris seeks an International Merchandising Analyst Coordinator (alternance) — Bac+4/5 apprenticeship in merchandising, starting Sept 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce and optimise regular performance reporting (weekly and monthly) on sales, stock, stock coverage and Model Stock by product line, collection, market, boutique, price tier and channel.
  • Analyse performance of collection launches and monitor boutique openings (assortment, performance, inventory).
  • Deliver ad hoc analyses and presentations for the Marketing Committee and CEO.
  • Participate in assortment reviews for new boutique openings and product launches, ensuring alignment with international guidelines and Maison image.
  • Integrate and update assortments in Anaplan and maintain data accuracy across systems.
  • Coordinate with regional merchandisers to enforce guidelines and support local requests; collect and consolidate qualitative market feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Marketing to align assortment and inventory decisions.
  • Contribute to semi‑annual staff sales organisation and to continuous improvement projects, automating reports and enhancing merchandising tools (Power BI, Anaplan) to improve decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme (business school, engineering school or equivalent) eligible for alternance.
  • Strong appetite for data analysis and commercial performance management.
  • Excellent command of Excel and Microsoft Office (Pack Office).
  • Professional working proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Rigour, organisation, responsiveness, analytical mindset and the ability to prioritise.
  • Keen interest in the luxury sector, particularly jewellery and watchmaking.
  • Knowledge of Anaplan and/or Power BI is a strong plus.
  • Previous experience or internships in merchandising, business analysis or product management are highly appreciated.
