Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Clienteling & PCRM Manager in designing and implementing the international PCRM strategy and ensuring consistent deployment across markets.
• Co‑create engaging training modules and learning assets (videos, dynamic presentations, Canva content) to elevate boutique teams’ clienteling capabilities and learning experience.
• Contribute to the development, testing and optimisation of Maison-specific CRM technical solutions (clienteling application, BI environment, Marketing Tool, DCC).
• Prepare and participate in project meetings: take notes, produce syntheses, define next steps, run tests and escalate feedback.
• Accompany market teams in adopting tools and clienteling best practices, providing regular follow-up and sharing actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or holding Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management, Data Analytics or related discipline.
• Solid knowledge of PCRM principles and data analysis techniques.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory; French is a strong advantage.
• Advanced command of PowerPoint and Canva for creation of high‑quality visual training materials; good working knowledge of Excel is a plus.
• Demonstrable attention to detail, strong observational skills and presentation confidence aligned with luxury retail standards.
• Autonomous, proactive, curious, organized and collaborative with a service mindset.
• Ideally, at least one substantial prior internship or project experience in CRM, marketing, training or clienteling.
