Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for the sales team regarding special order inquiries.
  • Assist markets in the special order process and track requests.
  • Monitor product development stages daily.
  • Update tracking tools for Special Orders.
  • Prepare quotations for Special Orders.
  • Coordinate with the Stones department.
  • Create creative briefs for the studio.
  • Organize photoshoots for newly produced pieces.
  • Prepare sales tools (cases, certificates, gouaches) and oversee order deliveries.
  • Provide operational support to the Marketing team, including sales analysis and product presentations.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a Business School or equivalent program (Bachelor's +4/5), in a gap year or final year of study.
  • Previous 6-month experience in the jewelry industry is preferred.

High level of rigor and attention to detail. Strong analytical skills. Excellent organizational abilities. Team-oriented mindset. Proficient writing skills. Ability to synthesize information. Professional demeanor. Proficiency in English, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Knowledge of Photoshop is advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of 6 months of experience in the jewelry sector is preferred.

Education

Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
