Role & Responsibilities

• Participate in creative agency briefing meetings and concept validation sessions for Boucheron campaigns
• Assist in jewelry selection for photography and video shoots aligned with marketing objectives and regional priorities (EMEA, USA, Japan, Korea, China)
• Support shoot preparation including creation of transfer documents in coordination with Marketing and Supply Chain departments
• Receive jewelry on set and assist with styling and placement on models during shoots
• Monitor development of image and video assets post-production to ensure consistency, relevance, and alignment with Social Media and Media team expectations
• Participate in photo and video retouching sessions as needed
• Manage operational tools including editorial calendars, 360° orchestration presentations, campaign asset tracking, and schedule coordination
• Regularly populate and organize the luxury house's internal image database
• Conduct ongoing market surveillance on jewelry brands, fashion houses, emerging creative formats, and talent
• Collaborate with Media/Digital, PR/Influencer Relations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and regional market teams

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English (written, spoken, and professional reading)
• Education in communication, advertising, fashion, or commerce
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Proactive, agile, rigorous, and well-organized with strong teamwork skills
• Demonstrated interest in imagery, luxury, fashion, and/or high jewelry
• Artistic and creative sensibility

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in shoot production or an image department is advantageous but not required for this internship position.

Education

Baccalaureate +4 or +5 (final-year internship or gap-year placement within an accredited program).
