Boucheron in Paris seeks a Human Resources Apprentice (EMEA) — 1-year apprenticeship starting Sep 2026. Support HRBP with recruitment, onboarding and Workday.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) and EMEA HR Director on day-to-day HR operations across the EMEA region.
  • Coordinate talent acquisition for internships and junior positions: define selection criteria with managers, source candidates (LinkedIn, Fashionjob and other boards), conduct telephone pre-screenings and prepare shortlists.
  • Organize interview schedules with HRBP and hiring managers and manage candidate communications.
  • Prepare and coordinate onboarding for new hires; liaise with internal stakeholders to execute integration processes.
  • Draft employment contracts and contract amendments under HR supervision.
  • Contribute to regional HR initiatives and project coordination across EMEA.
  • Provide support on disciplinary and personnel administration matters (documentation, scheduling).
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Workday) ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or completing a Master's program in Human Resources or a business school with HR specialization.
  • At least one prior, demonstrable experience in HR development or recruitment (internship or equivalent).
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Highly proactive, methodical and organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and solid analytical capability.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience

A first substantial experience in HR development or recruitment is required, demonstrating familiarity with sourcing, candidate screening and basic HR administrative processes.
