Boucheron seeks an HR Intern in Shanghai to support Human Resources Operations and employee lifecycle management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Address employee HR-related queries and provide first-level support on HR matters
- Assist with daily HR administrative activities and documentation
- Support HR Business Partners in employee lifecycle management
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company HR policies
- Coordinate with external HR partners on administrative matters
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in HR administrative systems and MS Office applications

Experience
No prior professional HR experience required; relevant academic coursework or internship experience in HR administration is preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
