Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees, HR Business Partners, and external partners.
- Provide daily HR activities and administrative support in compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in the management of employee records and HR documentation.
- Support HR Business Partners in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the enhancement of employee experience throughout the employee life cycle.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, though previous exposure to HR functions or internships in a similar field is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
