Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the global HR budgeting process encompassing workforce planning, personnel cost projections, and organizational evolution forecasting
- Execute monthly closures for the EMEA region and oversee global consolidation across all HR cost centers
- Analyze budget-to-actual variances, generate actionable insights, and deliver strategic recommendations to senior management
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reconciliation between HR and Finance systems and reporting frameworks
- Develop, maintain, and enhance global HR reporting dashboards (headcount, costs, FTE, KPIs) for executive consumption
- Coordinate the worldwide HR controlling correspondent network, establishing standardized guidelines, calendars, and tooling
- Calculate monthly sales commissions for EMEA and US regions with precision and compliance
- Guarantee data quality and governance within HR systems (Workday, SAC, HFM) through ongoing monitoring and validation
- Support HR teams in workforce planning initiatives and cost optimization projects through structured data analysis
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and build forecasting models to inform strategic HR and business decisions
- Champion adoption of data-driven decision-making methodologies within the HR organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in management control, finance, accounting, or human resources
- 3–5 years of professional experience in HR controlling, management control, or HR analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with demonstrated ability to build complex models and dashboards
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent business intelligence platforms
- Professional fluency in English; written and spoken
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business intelligence
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to work effectively in dynamic, international, matrix environments
Skills
Experience
Master's degree holder with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR controlling, management control, or HR analytics within a complex, multinational corporate environment. Demonstrated track record of managing global budgeting cycles, closing processes, and producing executive-level reporting. Proven capability to work across international teams and adapt to evolving business requirements.
