Boucheron internship in Tokyo for bilingual students (Japanese/Mandarin). 2-month retail support role at Ginza flagship boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and support to clients visiting the boutique
- Offer multilingual interpretation and translation services, particularly for Chinese-speaking clientele
- Assist with client fittings and jewelry consultations
- Support operational activities including stock management and inventory coordination
- Facilitate communication between clients and sales staff
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled university student or graduate student residing in Japan
- Business-level to native-level fluency in Mandarin Chinese
- Business-level to native-level fluency in Japanese
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience
No prior retail or luxury industry experience is explicitly required; the position welcomes recent graduates and current students.
