Boucheron is seeking a High Jewelry Product Assistant intern to support the product manager for High Jewelry and Special Orders across product development, launches, sales tools, shoots and performance analysis. The role works with creative, development, stones, merchandising, 360° and market teams; it is a stage.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development, launch and day-to-day management of new collections.
- Track pieces from production through delivery and help ensure product information is accurate in systems and tracking tools, including product plans and collection mappings.
- Support special orders by helping prepare creative briefs, tracking quotations and product development stages, and coordinating with the Creation, Development and Stones teams and regional markets.
- Help create and roll out sales-support tools, including product books and price lists, and update marketing tools such as mappings and product catalogues.
- Coordinate packshot shoots with an agency, follow up on retouching and make images available on the DAM.
- Support the organization of savoir-faire and clienteling shoots with internal teams.
- Work with 360° teams to share product information and provide materials including gouachés, certificates, cases and training tools.
- Contribute to tracking and analysing the performance of collections and special orders.
- Prepare competitor and trend benchmarks for the High Jewelry market.
- Provide operational support to the team, including tracking piece movements and loan requests, helping organize meetings and handling occasional assignments related to the department’s activities.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a business school or equivalent programme at Bac+4 or Bac+5 level.
- Strong interest in the luxury and jewelry sectors.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Essential soft skills: rigor, organization, agility, proactivity, teamwork, analytical ability and strong writing skills.

A first six-month experience in the jewelry sector is appreciated.
Education
Business school or equivalent programme, Bac+4 or Bac+5.
