Boucheron in Paris seeks a High Jewelry Marketing Project Manager to coordinate global haute‑joaillerie collection launches and events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end (360°) launches of haute joaillerie collections, partnering with product teams to define and operationalize collection strategies and action plans.
- Design and execute 360° launch plans including cross‑departmental meeting facilitation, retro‑planning, onboarding sessions for two annual collections (in‑person and remote), supplier management and invoice follow‑up.
- Plan and manage the operational deployment of launches in Paris and ensure consistent roll‑out with international markets; produce quantitative and qualitative reporting to track performance.
- Organize and coordinate haute joaillerie events with market teams: prepare seller tools and submission materials, support sellers during submissions and morning briefs, and manage reservations and invoicing of pieces.
- Lead post‑event qualitative reporting and RETEX with local teams and propose continuous improvement actions.
- Develop and implement business development plans in collaboration with HQ transversal teams (Visual Merchandising, Retail Excellence, Communication) to maximise revenue while protecting brand image and client satisfaction.
- Act as an ambassador of the Maison, ensuring alignment between brand vision and market execution and supporting cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver on business objectives within budgetary limits.
Qualifications
- Degree in commerce, business or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in operational or strategic marketing, preferably within luxury goods, haute joaillerie or horology.
- Demonstrated project management rigour, organisational acumen and ability to manage complex multi‑stakeholder programmes.
- Leadership qualities: inspiring, pedagogic and persuasive with strong listening skills and ability to onboard teams.
- Excellent interpersonal diplomacy in international and multicultural contexts and proven capacity to work transversally across functions.
- Deep understanding of the luxury jewellery universe (haute joaillerie/horlogerie preferred).
- Fluency in French and English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
