Boucheron seeks a High Jewelry Customer Service and Stock Maintenance Coordinator in Paris to manage operations, repairs, and administrative coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage supplier orders and administrative intake of finished products within the M3 system
- Coordinate workshop activities with internal customer service departments including marketing and sales support
- Maintain tracking tools and update technical product data across multiple IT systems
- Photograph, measure, and document finished jewelry; prepare and maintain technical specification sheets
- Consolidate and report regular budget forecasts and optimize operational workflows
- Supervise repair, restoration, resizing, and dismantling operations across internal workshops
- Provide logistical support to the High Jewelry Logistics Manager as required
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat or equivalent (BAC +2/+3 minimum)
- Proven experience in a customer service or after-sales department
- Acute sense of customer service with solution-oriented mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational rigor
- Fluent English proficiency

Experience
Experience in a customer service or after-sales support (SAV) environment, with demonstrated ability to manage complex administrative workflows and cross-functional coordination.
Education
Baccalauréat or equivalent qualification; BAC +2 or BAC +3 preferred.
