Role & Responsibilities

• Pilot and oversee all inventory maintenance, client requests, and high jewelry after-sales service operations
• Receive and evaluate all service requests from internal teams, determining the nature of intervention required—repair, restoration, transformation, or fabrication
• Establish quotes, timelines, and technical recommendations for service requests
• Coordinate with workshop teams and monitor progress of all service files, ensuring clear and reassuring communication with internal stakeholders
• Ensure aesthetic and technical consistency of all interventions with the Maison's standards
• Lead and develop the High Jewelry Care team, defining roles and responsibilities while fostering a culture of trust, support, and customer-centric service
• Define, structure, and document all processes related to the High Jewelry Care division
• Establish key performance indicators, analyze results, and communicate findings regularly to internal teams and senior management
• Identify recurring defects or wear patterns and escalate findings to the High Jewelry Development team
• Facilitate individual and collective team engagement, providing clarity and purpose to all missions
• Drive continuous improvement across all operational and service delivery processes

Qualifications

• Confirmed experience in high jewelry or jewelry, ideally within after-sales service, product development, or quality departments
• First experience in team management is a plus
• Acute sense of customer service, solution-oriented mindset, and client satisfaction focus
• Rigorous attention to detail with strong reliability and precision
• Team player with proven ability to unite and mobilize colleagues
• Strong product sensitivity and technical understanding of luxury jewelry
• Excellent communication, pedagogical and diplomatic skills
• Professional English proficiency (oral and written)
