Boucheron High Jewelry Business Development Assistant internship in Paris — 6-month role supporting collection launches and event coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process transfer requests for client presentations, including product availability, coordination with logistics, and documentation
- Provide 360-degree coordination support for collection launches in collaboration with internal departments
- Monitor operational requirements for high jewelry events, including client presentation schedules, press needs, and piece availability
- Track shipments of selections for commercial and communication events (Taiwan, Japan, USA, Cannes Film Festival, Met Gala, etc.) in coordination with Sales Administration
- Validate availability for press shoots, celebrity loan requests, and internal requests with focus on two annual collection launches
- Coordinate quality control follow-up for pieces returned for resale
- Conduct stock analysis covering quantitative, qualitative, and geographic evolution, boutique representation, and event return on investment
- Develop stock mapping with regional allocations
- Support ad-hoc presentations and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Graduate of a business school or equivalent (Bac+5 level)
- Proficiency in English (written and oral)
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Synthetic thinking and analytical mindset
Skills
Experience
Knowledge of the jewelry industry is a plus; knowledge of the luxury sector is a plus.
Education
Business school graduate or equivalent (Bachelor's degree +5 level minimum)
