Executive Sales Associate at Boucheron Tokyo | Luxury Jewelry Sales Role in Omotesando with ¥180M+ annual target
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal annual sales target of ¥180 million or above while maintaining consistent monthly goal achievement
- Deliver personalized, exceptional brand experiences at all touchpoints through deep product knowledge and refined service techniques
- Master and execute the complete sales methodology including greeting, discovery, understanding, close, and follow-up
- Build and maintain personalized client relationships, cultivate prospect clients, and establish one new Diamond-tier client relationship quarterly
- Conduct daily store maintenance including inventory checks, visual displays, and stockroom organization
- Participate actively in periodic inventory audits, compliance reviews, and pricing updates
- Provide customer service and concierge support to enhance client satisfaction
- Mentor and train new staff and junior team members on brand standards and service excellence
- Monitor market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry developments to inform sales strategy
- Proactively propose operational improvements and adherence to all maison and group policies
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of fine jewelry, haute joaillerie, and watchmaking craftsmanship
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding individual sales targets in luxury retail or jewelry sector
- Mastery of personalized clienteling and relationship management in a high-net-worth client environment
- Proficiency in negotiation, complaint resolution, and customer service excellence
- GIA G.G. (Gemologist Graduate) certification, Jewelry Coordinator certification, or equivalent jewelry-related credential (preferred)
- Fluency in Japanese and English
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years in luxury retail sales, fine jewelry, or haute couture environments, with proven ability to consistently exceed individual sales targets and cultivate high-value client relationships in an upscale boutique setting.
Education
Secondary education required; completion of luxury retail training, fine jewelry certification programs, or equivalent professional development highly valued.
