Boucheron Executive Sales Associate in Paris Vendôme flagship – luxury jewelry retail role for experienced client advisors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive individual and boutique sales performance through a results-oriented approach and commitment to excellence
- Develop, build, and retain a high-value client portfolio through personalized, relationship-driven engagement
- Demonstrate strong team spirit by contributing to collective success and supporting colleagues in delivering exceptional client experiences
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strategic networks with high-net-worth clientele
- Execute the Boucheron selling ceremony with precision and consistency, upholding maison standards and retail excellence guidelines
- Maintain accuracy and rigor in client data management and internal systems (CRM, POS)
- Support smooth day-to-day boutique operations and stock management in alignment with brand standards
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and local regulatory requirements
- Actively engage in team initiatives, meetings, and boutique events to foster a collaborative environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of previous experience in high jewelry, haute horlogerie, or haute couture retail
- Proven business development and VIP client acquisition track record
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
