Boucheron seeks an Executive Sales Associate for its London Harrods boutique to drive luxury jewelry sales, build client relationships, and deliver exceptional retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales by offering personalized service to clients, understanding their needs, and suggesting suitable high jewelry pieces
- Utilize extensive product knowledge to showcase Boucheron's exquisite collections and convey the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and unique value proposition
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and product demonstration techniques while fostering team spirit
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Represent Boucheron as an Ambassador, adhering strictly to the Maison's selling ceremony and brand standards
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through attentive service, follow-up communications, and tailored experiences
- Proactively connect with existing clients to understand their preferences, upcoming events, and special occasions, anticipating their needs
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to monitor client interactions, preferences, and buying patterns, enabling targeted outreach and relationship management
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to broaden the store's clientele and enhance market visibility
- Ensure excellence of retail operations and participate actively in transversal store activities including visual merchandising, stock management, and POS systems
- Follow and respect guidelines to ensure compliant processes and maintain store security
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewelry or high-end fashion industry
- Outstanding sales expertise, evidenced by a track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and credibility with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for storytelling
