Boucheron seeks Arabic-speaking Executive Sales Associate at London Harrods boutique to drive luxury jewelry sales and client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales revenue by delivering personalized service, understanding client needs, and recommending appropriate jewelry pieces from Boucheron's collections
  • Leverage extensive product knowledge to showcase heritage, craftsmanship, and unique value propositions of the Maison
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and product demonstration techniques
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and store security protocols
  • Represent Boucheron as a brand ambassador, adhering strictly to the Maison's service standards and selling ceremony
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through attentive follow-up communications and tailored experiences
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, preferences, and purchasing patterns for targeted outreach and relationship management
